Payment
The payment provider for the online store is Klarna (https://klarna.fi). With Klarna Checkout, shopping is safe and easy. The available payment options in the online store are invoice, installment payments, online banking, and credit cards.

Shipping and shipping costs
We use several different shipping methods in the online store. Shipping methods and prices may vary depending on the product's weight, quantity, and dimensions. Shipping costs can also be dynamically calculated directly from the shipping companies. Not all shipping methods may be available for all products.
You will see up-to-date information about shipping costs and available shipping methods for your order at the checkout. The shipping costs for the selected shipping method will always be added to the total amount in the shopping cart. We will ship your order with the selected shipping method.
Delivery time
Delivery times for products may be indicated in the product details. We always strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary depending on the product or shipping method. Any exceptional delivery times will be separately notified on the online store's pages.
Cancellation
Products purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Act, starting from the order date. This does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications.
Before canceling an order, the customer must contact our customer service and inform them of the cancellation and the return of the products. Returns can be made for all or part of the items in the order. The returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
The seller has the right to reduce the product's value partially or entirely if the products have been used, if defects have occurred, if the original packaging is lost, or if the products are not in the condition in which they were sold to the customer.
The payment will be refunded in the same way the order was paid for. For example, if the payment was made by card, the refund will be credited to the card. If this is not possible, an alternative refund method will be agreed upon.
