2. PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
All the persons who have a permanent address in Finland can participate in the prize draws on social media. Employees of Ruusuboksi / Caracci Oy may not participate in the competition. You participate in the competition on social media according to the instructions of the respective competition by commenting on the competition picture on your own profile, liking/following the site or sharing the picture.
Leaving the competition response and personal data in connection with the answer is always voluntary. We process the personal data we receive in connection with competition responses, such as name data, address data, phone numbers, etc. in accordance with the Personal Data Act and data protection regulations. If the competition requires taking a video or a picture, Ruusuboksi/ Caracci Oy reserves the right to republish competition photos and/or videos on its own SoMe channels. A participant has the right to cancel their participation during the competition by removing the image/video related to the competition and asking Ruusuboksi / Caracci Oy to remove the competition video/image if necessary. iIn a competition like the one described above, the participant undertakes to comply with Finnish law and assures that the competition material such as video / picture does not violate copyright, privacy protection or the law in any other way.
3. THE PRIZE DRAW’S VALIDITY
The competition/draw is valid for the specified period of time. Answers or/and participations after the competition/draw time will not be taken into account when drawing prizes.
4. CHOOSING THE WINNER
In the prize draw, the winner is chosen by drawing lots among the participants. In the competition, the winner is chosen by lottery only among the correct answers.
5. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
We inform you of the prizes in our social media account and by private message/ Instagram direct-message. In order to announce the win, the competition/draw participant must allow sending private and direct messages in the settings.
6. THE PRIZE
The prize will be announced in connection with the respective competition. The prize cannot be exchanged for money or other prizes.
The organizer is responsible for any lottery tax related to the prize at any given time.
7. OTHER CONDITIONS
If Ruusuboksi/ Caracci Oy has a reason to doubt the participant of fraudulent or dishonest participation, Ruusuboksi / Caracci Oy has reason to reject participation in the competition/draw.
Ruusuboksi / Caracci Oy also reserves the right to change the competition rules if necessary. We will announce any changes to the competition rules on this page.
Social media contests organized by Ruusuboksi / Caracci Oy are not organized, recommended and/or managed by Facebook and/or Instagram.
